Vintage Charles Horner Sterling Silver Engraved Hinged Bangle

A pretty sterling silver bangle with a lovely crisp chased floral design across the front half. Made by Charles Horner, a respected company which worked out of Halifax, England, producing silver ornaments and jewellery from the 1860s until 1984.

SIZE: The internal circumference is seven inches (18cm); width 1cm.

WEIGHT: Approx 19g.

MATERIALS: 925 sterling silver.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: Fully hallmarked for sterling silver, Chester 1958, and stamped with the initials CH.

CONDITION: The bracelet is in good vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with normal usage for its age; there is a small dint on one edge (marked in photos) and two small marks which are likely where a safety chain was removed but neither of these are obvious when the bracelet is worn. The clasp and hinge are in good working order.

ERA: 1964.
