Vintage 9CT Gold Square Garnet Ring

A regal nine-carat gold ring set with a deep red step-cut garnet in a beautifully ornate mount with an endless knot design on the shoulders. 

SIZE: L (UK), 5 and three quarters (US). The garnet is approximately 10 x 9mm.

WEIGHT: 4.1g.

MATERIALS: Nine-carat (375) gold, garnet.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: There is a rubbed mark inside the shank but it's too worn to read. The metal tests as nine-carat gold.

CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with normal minor surface wear.

ERA: Unknown, though believed to be of some age.
