A gorgeous example of a solid silver antique crescent brooch set with eleven luminous moonstone cabochons, graduated in size. Late Victorian to early Edwardian, c.1900s. It could easily be worn as a pendant by slipping a chain under the clasp at one end.
SIZE: Approximately 6.3 x 1.5cm. The moonstones range in size from approx 3mm to 5mm.
WEIGHT: 3.7g.
MATERIALS: Silver, moonstone.
HALLMARKS/STAMPS: None found.
CONDITION: The brooch is in excellent antique condition and fastens with a typical C clasp.
ERA: Estimated late Victorian/Edwardian (c.late 1800s-1914).
